480 SQ . FOOT 12. 20 CONTEMPORARY HOUSE DESIGN
It’s a constant treat to see how other families in different parts of the world live small without sacrifice. Though this home is small, it certainly isn’t lacking much other than the square footage of your average American home– which is intentional on their part. Created by Brazil’s Alex Nogueria, the home is a 484 square foot rectangular space that’s been broken up real well while still remaining open and airy. One entire side of the home is completely exposed via a glass facade, which showcases the bed’s profile as well as an entire view of the tiny kitchen space. Industrial looks and contemporary color pairings really help this home to pop against the natural greenery of the surrounding acreage, while the interior is still sizable enough to house kitchen, dining, living, study and bedroom areas.
